We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Health Coach to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will provide personalized English-language health consultations to our clients, guiding them towards achieving their wellness goals. You will be instrumental in empowering individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes, focusing on areas such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and chronic disease prevention. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Spain, providing essential support to our diverse client base.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions in English with clients, assessing their health needs and goals.
• Develop personalized wellness plans tailored to individual client needs, incorporating evidence-based strategies.
• Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices, including diet, physical activity, sleep, and stress reduction techniques.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to help clients adhere to their health plans.
• Monitor client progress, adjust plans as necessary, and celebrate achievements.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records within our digital platform.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated client care.
• Stay updated on the latest health and wellness trends and research to continuously enhance coaching effectiveness.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Health Coach or similar wellness-focused role.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, for professional consultations.
• Strong understanding of health principles, nutrition, exercise physiology, and behavioral change theories.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to coaching.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and health management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage a client caseload effectively from a remote setting.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Promotion, Nutrition, Kinesiology, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certification from a recognized health coaching program (e.g., NBHWC, ACE, ACSM).
• Experience working with diverse populations and health conditions.
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus, but not required for this English-speaking role.
• Experience with tele-health or remote client management.
