We are seeking a warm, responsible, and experienced Babysitter to provide flexible childcare for an expat family located in Tarifa, Cádiz. This role is perfect for someone looking for adaptable hours, with a particular emphasis on afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for the children, ensuring their well-being and stimulating their development through play and activities. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, have a genuine love for children, and be comfortable communicating in English.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Provide attentive and compassionate care for children, fostering a safe and stimulating environment.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including creative play, reading, and outdoor recreation.
• Prepare simple meals and snacks for children, adhering to any dietary requirements or allergies.
• Assist with homework and school projects as needed.
• Follow established routines for bedtime, naps, and meals.
• Maintain open and clear communication with parents regarding children's activities and well-being.
• Ensure the children's play areas are tidy and organized after use.
• Handle minor first aid situations with confidence and care.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 1 year of professional childcare experience.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and interact positively with children.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and family needs.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Clean background check and valid references.

• Prior experience working with expat families or in a multicultural environment.
• Basic knowledge of Spanish or other languages.
• Childcare education or relevant certifications (e.g., Early Childhood Education).
