We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Medical Receptionist to join our English Expat Clinic in Torrevieja. This crucial role is the first point of contact for our international patients, providing essential administrative support and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience. You will manage appointments, handle patient inquiries, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive clinic atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, a strong customer service orientation, and a genuine desire to assist our diverse patient base.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, and in-person.
• Manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately and providing information.
• Register new patients and update existing patient demographics and insurance information.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide basic information about clinic services and procedures.
• Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all data protection regulations.
• Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required, including filing, scanning, and faxing.
• Liaise with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and communication.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
