We are seeking a diligent and physically capable Farm Maintenance Helper – General Labor to join our team in Denia. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to contribute to the agricultural sector, learn hands-on farm operations, and maintain our property and equipment. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks essential to the daily functioning of our farm, working closely with experienced staff to ensure productivity and adherence to our high standards.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs of farm machinery, tools, and irrigation systems.
• Perform general farm duties including planting, weeding, harvesting, and crop care as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm buildings, storage areas, and outdoor grounds.
• Help prepare fields for planting, including soil preparation and spreading fertilizers.
• Support the setup and monitoring of irrigation systems, identifying and reporting any issues.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
• Adhere strictly to all farm safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required to support farm operations.

• Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to safe working practices.
