Are you a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Decathlon is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our logistics team in Gandia. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of sports equipment and apparel to our customers and stores across the region. We are specifically looking for candidates who are comfortable working in shifts where English is the primary language of communication. Responsabilidades Clave

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners or pick lists.
• Ensure all items are correctly identified, counted, and checked for quality before packing.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and palletizing as required.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided if necessary) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) for clear communication during shifts.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages up to 15 kg regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or RF scanners.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
