BBVA is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor specializing in serving our valuable expat clientele in Murcia. In this role, you will be crucial in guiding international clients through the Spanish mortgage process, offering tailored advice and solutions. You will leverage your expertise in financial products and regulations to ensure a smooth and successful experience for our diverse client base. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of mortgage products, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to expats navigating the Spanish property market.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Provide comprehensive mortgage advice to expat clients, assessing their financial needs and objectives.
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, from initial inquiry to completion.
• Explain complex financial products and terms in an understandable manner to a non-native Spanish-speaking audience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spanish mortgage regulations, products, and market trends, especially those relevant to international buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and present detailed mortgage proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Actively engage in business development activities to expand the expat client base.
• Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or similar financial advisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Spanish mortgage market and lending regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Client-centric approach with a commitment to exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
