We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Dry Ice Press Assistant to join our production facility in Malaga. This is an entry-level position that includes comprehensive specialized training on the operation, maintenance, and safety protocols of dry ice press machinery. You will be an integral part of our production team, ensuring the efficient and safe manufacturing of high-quality dry ice products. This role is perfect for individuals eager to learn a specialized skill and build a career in industrial manufacturing.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Undergo comprehensive training on dry ice press operation, safety procedures, and quality control.
• Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of dry ice press machinery.
• Load raw materials (liquid CO2) into the press system following established protocols.
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks on equipment under supervision.
• Package and label finished dry ice products accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production flow and meet daily targets.

• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about machinery operation.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25kg, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• No prior experience required; specialized training will be provided.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (even non-dry ice related).
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of Spanish and English languages.
