We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Girona. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and administering our total rewards programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with KPMG’s strategic objectives. You will manage various aspects of compensation, benefits, and HR analytics, contributing to a positive and rewarding employee experience. This role requires a strong understanding of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies and programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive pay structures and benefits offerings.
  • Administer annual salary review processes, bonus schemes, and long-term incentive plans.
  • Manage and oversee various employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other welfare initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare and analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations on total rewards effectiveness.
  • Support HR Business Partners and managers on compensation and benefits-related queries and policies.
  • Contribute to HR projects related to compensation, benefits, and overall total rewards initiatives.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in advanced Excel.
  • Solid understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of Spanish labor law and benefits regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Master's degree or specialized certification in Compensation & Benefits (e.g., CCP).
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Proficiency in Catalan is a plus.
  • Experience in a professional services or large multinational environment.
