We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Solar Panel Installers to join our Green Energy Crew in Sant Feliu de Guixols. As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be instrumental in deploying cutting-edge solar energy systems for residential and commercial clients. This role involves manual labor, working at heights, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in every installation. Responsabilidades Clave

• Install solar panel systems on rooftops and other structures in accordance with design specifications and safety guidelines.
• Perform electrical wiring of solar arrays and inverters.
• Conduct site preparation, including minor roofing work and structural adjustments.
• Work collaboratively with the installation team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Provide clear communication with team members and site supervisors regarding project progress and any issues.
• Ensure final installation quality meets Holaluz standards and client expectations.
• Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading at job sites.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ability to work safely at heights and lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent team player with good communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Valid Spanish driving license (Class B).

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in construction, roofing, or electrical work.
• Certification in solar PV installation or related fields.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• First aid certification.
