We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Solar Panel Installer to join our Green Energy Crew in Fuengirola. This role is crucial in expanding our reach and ensuring high-quality solar panel installations for residential and commercial clients. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and contributing to a greener Spain. This is an on-site position requiring physical fitness and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Install solar panels and racking systems on various roof types and ground mounts, adhering to project specifications.
• Assemble and install support structures, electrical wiring, and other components in compliance with safety standards.
• Perform system commissioning, testing, and basic troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, quality standards, and local regulations.
• Work effectively as part of a team, communicating progress, challenges, and solutions efficiently.
• Safely handle, transport, and manage materials and equipment on job sites.
• Provide excellent customer service during installations, addressing client questions professionally.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 25kg) regularly.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Spanish driving license.
• Proficiency in Spanish, both verbal and written.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in solar panel installation, general construction, roofing, or electrical work.
• Certification in solar PV installation or relevant electrical qualifications.
• Possession of First Aid and Safety certifications.
• Proficiency in English.
