We are seeking an inspirational and visionary leader to join Cognita Schools as our new School Principal for an esteemed international school in Jerez de la Frontera, Andalusia. This pivotal leadership role requires an experienced educational professional dedicated to fostering a vibrant, high-achieving learning environment. The Principal will oversee all aspects of school operations, ensuring the delivery of an outstanding English-speaking international curriculum and maintaining our commitment to academic excellence and holistic student development. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of teaching and learning, cultivating a positive school culture, and ensuring the well-being and success of all students and staff.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Provide strong educational leadership, strategic direction, and operational management for the entire school.
• Ensure the implementation of a high-quality, English-speaking international curriculum (e.g., IB, British, or American curriculum frameworks).
• Recruit, manage, appraise, and develop a diverse and talented team of teaching and administrative staff.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic progress.
• Manage the school's budget and resources effectively, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, staff, the local community, and relevant educational authorities.
• Drive continuous school improvement through rigorous self-evaluation and strategic planning.
• Represent the school within the Cognita global network and uphold the group's standards and ethos.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably as a Principal or Head of School in an international setting.
• Deep understanding of international curricula and educational best practices.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
• Strong financial management and administrative capabilities.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage staff effectively.
• Fluent English language proficiency (native or near-native level) is essential.
• A proactive, resilient, and adaptable leadership style.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Experience working within a multi-cultural or international school environment.
