Responsabilidades Clave

• Safely transport chemical drums and containers to designated areas within the plant using appropriate material handling equipment.
• Load and unload drums from trucks and storage racks, ensuring proper stacking and securing.
• Verify product labels, batch numbers, and quantities to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct routine inspections of drums and handling equipment for damage or leaks.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate actively in all mandatory safety training sessions and drills.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in drum storage and transfer areas.
• Report any safety hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions immediately to supervisors.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Basic understanding of English for safety instructions (preferred but not required).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina and good hand-eye coordination.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting (not necessarily chemical).
• Familiarity with basic material handling equipment.
• Valid forklift operator certification (training can be provided).
