Are you a detail-oriented individual with good communication skills in English? We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Picker/Packers to join our team in Estepona. This vital role involves accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment within our logistics facility. You will be an essential part of ensuring the smooth flow of goods, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. We operate English-speaking shifts to foster effective team communication and a diverse work environment.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners or other warehouse management systems.
• Verify product quantities, quality, and packaging integrity before shipment.
• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring careful handling of all goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, if trained).
• Perform routine quality checks on products and report any discrepancies.

• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, for effective communication within shifts.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
