• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments manually or using material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
• Perform routine quality checks on products and packaging.

• Ability to read and understand English or Spanish instructions and safety guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 15 kg for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic computer literacy for scanner operation.
