We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Services Coordinator to join our team in Platja d’Aro. This vital role involves providing exceptional support and guidance to our international student community, ensuring they have a positive and enriching experience during their stay. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, empathetic, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Serve as the primary point of contact for international students regarding non-academic inquiries and support.
• Assist students with arrival and orientation, including accommodation, local registration, and general information.
• Organize and promote social activities, excursions, and cultural events to enhance student engagement.
• Provide guidance on local services, transportation, and emergency procedures.
• Mediate and resolve student issues or concerns effectively and professionally.
• Maintain accurate student records and contribute to reports on student welfare.
• Collaborate with academic and accommodation teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Uphold EF's standards of safety, quality, and student satisfaction.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) and Spanish (B2/C1 level).
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to student support.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Education, International Relations, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a student services, hospitality, or customer service role, preferably in an international environment.
• Knowledge of local area (Platja d'Aro and Catalonia).
• Additional language proficiency (e.g., Catalan, German, French).
