We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Spain, with a preference for candidates based in Villajoyosa or nearby areas for potential occasional team meetups (not mandatory). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical financial insights, performing in-depth analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making across various projects and client engagements. Excellent English communication skills are a must, as you will be collaborating with international teams and clients.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business drivers, and ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring data integrity.
• Assist in due diligence activities for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance transactions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal (C1 level or higher).

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree or MBA.
• CFA or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience in a consulting environment or with international clients.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
