We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Yacht Deckhand / Marina Worker. This role offers an incredible opportunity to work within the prestigious superyacht industry, gaining hands-on experience in yacht maintenance, operations, and guest services. You will be an integral part of our crew, ensuring the vessel and marina facilities are maintained to the highest standards, ready for any adventure. Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform daily wash-downs, polishing, and detailing of the yacht's exterior.
• Assist with mooring, anchoring, and docking procedures.
• Maintain inventory of deck equipment and supplies, reporting needs to the Chief Officer.
• Operate tenders and water sports equipment, ensuring guest safety and enjoyment.
• Conduct routine safety checks and participate in emergency drills.
• Support marina operations, including dock maintenance and facility upkeep.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and environmental policies.
• Provide exceptional service to guests and fellow crew members.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• STCW Basic Safety Training certification.
• ENG1 Medical certificate or equivalent.
• Proficiency in operating small boats/tenders (e.g., RYA Powerboat Level 2).
• Previous experience in a maritime, hospitality, or service-oriented role.
• A valid driver's license.
