We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Agile Product Intern to join our dynamic Software Team in Bocagrande, Cartagena. This is an incredible opportunity for someone passionate about product development and agile methodologies to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment. You will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams, contributing to the lifecycle of our innovative software products. This internship is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to agile practices, product strategy, and stakeholder management, laying a strong foundation for a career in product management.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist Product Owners in defining, prioritizing, and grooming the product backlog.
• Support the creation and refinement of user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Facilitate communication between the product team, development team, and other stakeholders.
• Help analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the documentation of product features and processes.
