We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Insurance Broker specializing in Expat Clients to join our dynamic team in Castelldefels. This role is crucial for delivering tailored insurance solutions and expert advice to the international community residing in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with expat clients, understanding their unique needs, and guiding them through a comprehensive range of insurance products including health, life, property, and travel insurance. You will leverage your expertise to provide exceptional service, ensuring clients have peace of mind regarding their coverage while living abroad. Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and maintain a robust portfolio of expat clients through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' specific insurance requirements, considering their international lifestyle and regulatory complexities.
• Advise clients on suitable insurance products and solutions, clearly explaining policy terms, benefits, and exclusions.
• Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals, negotiating terms with underwriters to secure the best coverage and pricing.
• Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and modifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Provide ongoing support for claims processing, acting as a liaison between clients and insurance providers.
• Stay updated on market trends, new products, and regulatory changes affecting the expat insurance landscape.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to company policies and industry best practices.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an insurance broker or in a related client-facing insurance role.
• Proven experience in sales and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of various insurance products (health, life, property, travel).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Client-centric approach with a strong commitment to service excellence.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Experience specifically working with expatriate clients or international insurance markets.
• Additional language skills (e.g., German, French, Dutch).
• Professional insurance qualifications (e.g., CII, ACII, DipPFS).
