Are you a seasoned Agile expert with a passion for driving large-scale organizational change? Accenture is seeking an Agile Transformation Lead to join our IT Strategy practice in Barcelona. In this pivotal role, you will guide our clients through complex agile transformations, from strategy definition to implementation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will work with C-level executives and senior leadership teams to design and execute bespoke agile roadmaps, optimize IT delivery processes, and empower teams to achieve exceptional results. Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale agile transformation programs for enterprise clients.
• Develop comprehensive IT strategy roadmaps incorporating agile principles and practices.
• Provide expert coaching and mentorship to client leadership and agile teams.
• Assess current organizational capabilities and identify opportunities for agile maturity improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban) and tools.
• Drive cultural change initiatives to foster an agile mindset across the client organization.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of agile transformations, demonstrating clear business value.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging agile practices.

Habilidades Requeridas

• 8+ years of experience leading complex agile transformations within large organizations.
• Proven expertise in various agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and their practical application.
• Strong background in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and cultural shifts.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or PMI-ACP.
• Experience with agile tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Consulting experience with a major professional services firm.
• Experience across multiple industries.
