We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Courier Sorting Belt Loader. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for the efficient loading and unloading of packages, ensuring they are accurately sorted and moved through our distribution center. This position requires quick thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment where speed and accuracy are paramount. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of delivery service and operational efficiency.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Efficiently load and unload parcels and packages from vehicles and conveyor belts.
• Accurately sort packages by destination, ensuring correct routing.
• Operate and monitor sorting equipment and conveyor systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist with manual handling of oversized or heavy packages when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets.
