We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Medical Device Kitter to join our manufacturing team in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, preparing, and organizing components and sub-assemblies for medical device production, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and cleanroom protocols. This is an on-site position vital to the seamless flow of our production process.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Accurately pick and count components and sub-assemblies according to Bill of Materials (BOM) and production orders.
• Prepare and organize kits for various medical device assembly lines within a controlled cleanroom environment.
• Maintain meticulous inventory records and ensure all materials are correctly labeled and stored.
• Perform visual inspections of components for defects or damage before kitting.
• Adhere strictly to all cleanroom gowning procedures, contamination control protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Operate basic material handling equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
• Collaborate with production planners and assembly teams to ensure timely delivery of kits.
• Report any discrepancies, material shortages, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance kitting efficiency and accuracy.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience working in a cleanroom or controlled environment (ISO Class 7 or higher preferred).
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in counting and picking tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret Bill of Materials (BOMs) and work instructions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and inventory management systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality systems.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in medical device manufacturing or a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification (not required but a plus).
