We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Pea Field Laborers for the upcoming summer harvest season in Cambrils. This is a temporary, on-site position vital to ensuring the timely and efficient collection of our pea crops. You will be working outdoors as part of a team, contributing directly to the quality and volume of our seasonal produce. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to working in various weather conditions during the peak harvesting period.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manually harvest peas from fields, ensuring quality and minimizing waste.
• Operate basic farm equipment under supervision, if required.
• Assist with sorting, packing, and loading harvested peas onto transport.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures in the field.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, lifting (up to 20kg), and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (sun, heat, occasional rain).
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic communication skills.
• Attention to detail for quality harvesting.
