Descripción del Trabajo

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our executive leadership team. Based in Arrecife, Lanzarote, the CRO will be responsible for driving revenue growth across all segments of our business in the region, developing and executing comprehensive revenue strategies, and optimizing pricing and distribution. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, a proven track record in revenue generation, and exceptional leadership skills. This role demands a strategic thinker with a keen analytical mind and the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Fluency in English is essential, and Spanish is a significant advantage given the location and broader market.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Develop and implement robust revenue growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee all revenue-generating activities, including sales, marketing, pricing, and distribution channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Optimize pricing strategies across all segments to maximize occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and RevPAR.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing revenue team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Leverage data analytics and technology to enhance revenue forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Identify and evaluate new business development opportunities and partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal policies.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in revenue management, sales, or business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP/SVP/CRO).
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in the hospitality or related service industry.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pricing strategies, distribution channels, and market segmentation.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in building, motivating, and managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Proficiency with revenue management systems (RMS), CRM software, and business intelligence tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
