We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Valencia. Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Translate user research findings, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design high-fidelity user interfaces, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and delivering an engaging visual experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and usability test results.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in UX/UI design.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Demonstrable experience in creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes.
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and justify them with data and user insights.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI projects.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with international clients and team members.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with motion design or front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience working in a digital agency environment.
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not required.
