Expedia Group is seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator – English Speaking to join our dynamic marketing team in Alicante. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the execution and optimization of our global influencer campaigns, helping us connect with new audiences and inspire travel experiences worldwide. You will work closely with our marketing managers, external agencies, and influencers to ensure campaigns run smoothly, deliver impactful results, and align with our brand objectives. Fluency in English is essential as you will be communicating with an international network of partners and influencers.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist in the identification, vetting, and outreach to relevant influencers across various social media platforms.
• Coordinate the logistics of influencer campaigns, including content brief creation, sample delivery, and content review.
• Monitor influencer content and campaign performance, tracking key metrics and compiling regular reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers and agency partners, acting as a primary point of contact for day-to-day communications.
• Support the development of creative briefs and campaign strategies alongside the marketing team.
• Manage influencer contracts, payments, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency).
• Proven organizational and project management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and campaign performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related coordination role.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms or CRM tools.
• Passion for travel and understanding of the travel industry landscape.
