We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Mojacar. This hybrid role involves managing a portfolio of key client accounts, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored telecommunication solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsabilidades Clave
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or client base.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and business objectives to propose relevant telecommunication solutions (mobile, internet, cloud, IoT, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and competitors.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant sales role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Solid experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple account projects at a time, while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Knowledge of digital transformation solutions (cloud services, IoT, cybersecurity).
- Additional language skills relevant to the local market.
