Are you a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for B2B sales? Sage is looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team in Torrevieja. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition within the vibrant UK and US markets, selling our innovative suite of business management software. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in a global company, offering an uncapped commission structure that rewards your success. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building strong relationships with potential clients and understanding their unique business needs.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the UK and US markets through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential clients' business challenges and present tailored Sage solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (native or near-native fluency is essential for UK/US market focus).
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and effective closing techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and persistent.
