We are seeking highly skilled and discreet Bodyguards / Close Protection Officers to join our elite security team in Seville. This critical role involves safeguarding high-profile individuals, executives, and their families from potential threats. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional situational awareness, advanced tactical skills, and a professional demeanor, ensuring the safety and privacy of our clients in various environments. This is a demanding but rewarding position requiring a commitment to the highest standards of protection and client service.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Provide close protection for assigned clients, ensuring their safety and security at all times.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop comprehensive security plans for client movements and activities.
• Perform advance work and reconnaissance of locations, routes, and venues to identify potential threats.
• Implement effective defensive tactics and evasive maneuvers when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of situational awareness and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Operate security equipment and communication devices proficiently.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism regarding client information and activities.
• Collaborate effectively with other security personnel, law enforcement, and client support teams.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and daily activities.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Valid Close Protection Licence (e.g., SIA Licence for UK standards, or equivalent international certification).
• Proven experience in close protection or executive protection.
• Advanced first aid and trauma care certification (e.g., FREC 3, TCCC).
• Excellent physical fitness and defensive tactics proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work discreetly and maintain a professional image.
• Proficiency in threat assessment and risk management.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Prior experience in military special forces, police special operations, or a recognized private security firm.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages a plus).
• Experience with secure driving techniques and evasive driving.
• Knowledge of local security protocols and networks in Andalusia.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse environments and client needs.
