Join our dedicated agricultural team as a Broccoli Farm Laborer in Girona, Catalonia. This full-time, on-site position involves various tasks related to the cultivation, harvesting, and preparation of broccoli and other vegetables for market. We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who are comfortable with physical outdoor work and eager to contribute to a productive farm environment. No prior experience is required; we provide all necessary training to ensure success in this vital role.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform manual tasks related to broccoli cultivation, including planting, weeding, and irrigation.
• Harvest broccoli and other vegetables according to quality standards and production schedules.
• Assist with sorting, cleaning, and packing harvested produce for transport.
• Operate basic farm machinery and tools under supervision, if required, ensuring safe practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm areas and equipment, contributing to a tidy work environment.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe workplace.
• Work cooperatively as part of a team to meet daily production targets and contribute to overall farm efficiency.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions (bending, lifting up to 25kg, standing for long periods).
• Strong work ethic and reliability, demonstrating punctuality and commitment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic understanding of farm safety procedures or willingness to learn and apply them diligently.
• Legal right to work in Spain.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in agricultural labor or outdoor manual work is a plus.
• Familiarity with vegetable harvesting techniques, particularly for broccoli.
• Basic proficiency in Spanish or Catalan to facilitate team communication.
• Valid driving license and own transportation to and from the farm location.
