We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Canola Farm Helper – Harvest Hand to join our agricultural team for the upcoming harvest season. This temporary position is crucial for ensuring a successful and efficient canola harvest. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to contribute to farm operations. While previous farm experience is a plus, we welcome individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist with the operation and maintenance of farm machinery, including combines, tractors, and trailers, during harvest.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as clearing fields, bagging produce, and general farm upkeep.
• Monitor crop quality and report any issues or anomalies to the farm supervisor.
• Ensure all harvested canola is handled and stored correctly to maintain quality.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working with equipment and in the fields.
• Assist with basic equipment cleaning and minor repairs as directed.
• Collaborate effectively with other farm staff to achieve daily production targets.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of agricultural practices or a willingness to learn.
