We are seeking a motivated and reliable Cereal Packing Operative to join our manufacturing team in Seville. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals eager to start a career in food production. As a Cereal Packing Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring our high-quality cereal products are packaged efficiently and accurately, maintaining the standards that Nestlé is known for. Full training will be provided.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Operate packing machinery safely and efficiently according to company guidelines.
• Inspect products for quality control, ensuring they meet Nestlé's rigorous standards.
• Load raw materials and packaging into machines.
• Monitor the packing process to identify and resolve minor issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all hygiene and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as required.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
