We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our E-commerce Customer Service team. In this fast-paced role, you will be the primary point of contact for our online customers, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Responsabilidades Clave

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding orders, products, shipping, returns, and general assistance.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Process orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges accurately within our e-commerce systems.
  • Provide detailed product information and styling advice to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional service.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, retail stores) to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay updated on Zara's product lines, promotions, and company policies.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment (12 months minimum).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when interacting with customers.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems.

  • Experience with fashion retail or a similar industry.
