Are you a passionate and dedicated English teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to live and work in Spain? International House Salamanca is seeking enthusiastic English Teachers certified with TEFL or CELTA to join our esteemed team. This full-time position comes with full visa sponsorship, providing an excellent pathway for non-EU citizens to establish a teaching career in one of Spain’s most beautiful and historic cities. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to a diverse range of students, from young learners to adults, across various proficiency levels. Responsabilidades Clave

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students of all ages and levels.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Develop and adapt teaching materials to meet the specific needs of students and course objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
• Participate in regular teacher meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions.
• Contribute to the positive and inclusive learning environment of the school.
• Adhere to International House teaching standards and methodology.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to teaching, as required.

Habilidades Requeridas

• TEFL or CELTA certification (minimum 120 hours, in-class component preferred).
• Excellent command of the English language (native or near-native proficiency).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively and create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine interest in student progress.
• Adaptability and flexibility to teach different age groups and levels.
• Basic computer literacy for teaching resources and administrative tasks.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience teaching English as a foreign language (ESL/EFL).
• Familiarity with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
