We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team in Torrevieja. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be instrumental in defining and driving the strategic technology roadmap, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology solutions. You will provide leadership and expertise in architectural design, standards, and governance across various domains, working closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. This role requires exceptional communication skills and fluency in English to facilitate collaboration across international teams and client engagements. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure architectural solutions that support our clients’ digital transformation journeys.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architectural vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex, end-to-end architectural solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, principles, and best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them through the architecture lifecycle.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for their adoption to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Manage architectural risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Facilitate communication and consensus among diverse technical and business teams, often in an international context.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures
• Proficiency in microservices architecture, APIs, and integration patterns
• Experience with data architecture, including data lakes, warehouses, and advanced analytics
• Proven ability to lead architectural design for large-scale, complex systems
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and technology roadmap development

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• TOGAF certification or other relevant architectural certifications
• Certifications in major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solution Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
• Experience in the consulting industry or working with multiple clients across different sectors
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and secure architecture design
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus, but not required for the role
