Prosegur is seeking dedicated and vigilant Event Security personnel to join our English-speaking team in Seville. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety and security of attendees, staff, and assets at various high-profile events across the region. You will be a key part of our front-line operations, providing a professional and reassuring presence, and acting as a primary point of contact for security-related matters. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Responsabilidades Clave

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at events.
• Monitor entry and exit points, checking tickets and credentials as required.
• Conduct bag checks and enforce event policies and procedures.
• Respond effectively to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches.
• Provide clear and concise communication with event goers and staff in English.
• Collaborate with event organizers, local law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Assist with crowd control and maintain orderly flow of attendees.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate logs.
• Act as a first point of contact for general inquiries and provide directional assistance.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
• Basic first aid knowledge (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid security guard license or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).

• Knowledge of local security regulations and protocols in Spain.
