Descripción del Trabajo

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. Based in our Calpe office, this critical role requires impeccable English communication skills and a meticulous approach to managing complex schedules, communications, and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized and operational flow is seamless within an exclusively English-speaking professional environment. This is an on-site position.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (both domestic and international).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications (emails, calls).
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
  • Organize and coordinate board meetings, leadership team meetings, and other executive gatherings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or documents as requested by the CEO.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Oversee office management tasks and ensure a highly organized and efficient executive office environment.
  • Assist with personal administrative tasks for the CEO as required, demonstrating flexibility and a service-oriented mindset.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role supporting C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, as this is an English-only environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the real estate, luxury goods, or hospitality industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a plus, but not required for daily job functions.
