We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Arrecife, Lanzarote. This commission-based role focuses exclusively on the expat market, identifying and engaging with English-speaking individuals residing in the Canary Islands who require professional financial planning and wealth management services. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings, presenting tailored financial solutions, and fostering strong, lasting relationships within the expat community. Responsabilidades Clave

  • Proactively identify and generate new leads within the expat community in Lanzarote through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Conduct initial consultations and in-depth financial reviews with prospective clients to understand their needs, goals, and existing financial arrangements.
  • Present comprehensive and bespoke financial planning solutions, including pension transfers, investment portfolios, and tax-efficient strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and ongoing support.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes relevant to the expat financial services sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Manage and update client information using CRM systems.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within financial services or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the expat lifestyle and financial challenges.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Relevant financial qualifications (e.g., CISI, DipFA, CeMAP) are highly desirable.
  • Fluency in Spanish or other European languages.
  • Existing network within the expat community in the Canary Islands.
  • Experience working with CRM software.
