This role is essential to ensuring our high-quality frozen products are perfectly packaged and ready for distribution. You will be working in a controlled cold environment, handling and packaging various frozen food items. Responsabilidades Clave

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery for frozen food products.
• Inspect products for quality defects before and during packaging.
• Ensure accurate labeling and sealing of all packaged items.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with food safety standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, especially those related to working in cold environments.
• Assist with loading and unloading packaged goods onto pallets.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ability to work effectively in a cold environment (freezer conditions) for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move packages for the duration of a shift.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in a food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
• Experience operating packaging machinery.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, GMP).
• Basic proficiency in Spanish.
