We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead our financial operations in Madrid. The successful candidate will be a pivotal member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic financial initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the financial services industry, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving financial performance and growth.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Manage and optimize cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure.
• Develop and implement robust financial controls and procedures.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead strategic financial initiatives, including M&A, fundraising, and investment analysis.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the executive leadership team.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial regulations.
• Expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and strategic planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional financial qualification.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
