We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Instructional Design Intern to join our dynamic Training and Development team in Torremolinos. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about learning and development to gain hands-on experience in designing effective training materials for a global hospitality brand. You will support various projects, contributing to the creation of engaging learning experiences for our diverse workforce.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist in the analysis of training needs and the definition of learning objectives.
• Support the design and development of instructional materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and facilitator guides.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy.
• Contribute to the review and editing of existing training content for clarity, consistency, and effectiveness.
• Help organize and manage learning resources and platforms.
• Participate in the evaluation of training programs and feedback collection.
• Research new trends and technologies in instructional design and learning technology.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive and eager to learn.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is a plus.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Spanish or another major European language.
