• Support senior Business Analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements.

• Participate in quality assurance activities and user acceptance testing.
• Research industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to client projects.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and client meetings.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
