We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Leasing Agent to join our thriving team in Seville, specifically targeting the English expat market. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences. You will be instrumental in connecting English-speaking expats with their ideal rental properties in beautiful Seville, guiding them through every step of the leasing process.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manage and respond to property inquiries from English-speaking expat clients.
• Conduct property viewings and virtual tours for prospective tenants.
• Advise clients on market trends, property availability, and local regulations.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions between landlords and tenants.
• Prepare all necessary leasing documentation and contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
• Proactively identify and qualify potential rental properties for the expat market.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire leasing cycle.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Spanish driver's license and access to a car.
