We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Mortgage Advisor to join our dynamic team in Soho, London. This role is specifically focused on serving our international and expat client base, providing expert advice and tailored mortgage solutions. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through the complexities of the UK mortgage market, ensuring a smooth and successful home-buying journey. A deep understanding of expat financial situations and regulatory requirements is crucial.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Provide comprehensive mortgage advice to expat and international clients, assessing their financial needs and suitability.
• Conduct thorough fact-finding interviews to understand client circumstances, income, and residency status.
• Research and recommend appropriate mortgage products from our extensive panel of lenders, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, from initial enquiry to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and excellent customer service.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and specific challenges faced by expat clients in the UK mortgage market.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and client relationship managers, to ensure efficient processing.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and performance metrics while adhering to all compliance guidelines.

Habilidades Requeridas

• CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) qualification.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, specifically with expat or international clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Strong understanding of UK mortgage regulations and the property market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with complex income structures and international tax implications.
