We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Mortgage Advisor to join our Private Banking team, specializing in serving expat clients in the Community of Madrid. In this crucial role, you will provide expert guidance on Spanish mortgage products, helping international clients navigate the complexities of property financing in Spain. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and offering bespoke mortgage solutions that align with their financial goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct in-depth consultations with expat clients to understand their property financing needs and financial circumstances.
• Provide comprehensive advice on a range of Spanish mortgage products, including fixed-rate, variable-rate, and specific expat mortgage options.
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.
• Liaise effectively with internal departments, real estate agents, legal advisors, and notaries to facilitate transactions.
• Ensure full compliance with all Spanish financial regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through referrals and proactive outreach.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a similar financial advisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Spanish mortgage market, products, and regulatory framework.
• Demonstrated experience working with expat or international clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Client-centric approach with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Fluency in Spanish or other major European languages (e.g., French, German, Dutch).
• Relevant financial certifications (e.g., EFA, CeMAP equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Existing network within the expat community in Madrid.
