We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Motorcycle Mechanic to join our dynamic team in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Honda motorcycles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately using specialized diagnostic equipment.
• Execute complex engine and transmission repairs, overhauls, and replacements.
• Install accessories and perform upgrades as per customer requests and manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct thorough test rides to ensure proper functionality and identify any potential issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, strictly adhering to all safety protocols.
• Document all services performed, parts used, and time spent accurately in the service management system.
• Provide clear and concise technical advice and support to customers when required.
• Continuously update knowledge on new Honda models, repair techniques, and technological advancements.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic, preferably with Honda or similar Japanese brands.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical components.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and various workshop equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to repairs.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Intermediate proficiency in English for technical communication and team interaction.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Official Honda technician certification or similar brand-specific training.
• Valid motorcycle license (A category) to perform test rides.
• Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage but not strictly required.
• A strong customer service orientation with good communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment.
