Responsabilidades Clave

• Greet visitors warmly and provide information about exhibitions, museum layout, and services.
• Process ticket sales accurately using our point-of-sale system, handling cash and card transactions.
• Manage visitor flow and queueing efficiently, especially during peak hours.
• Respond to visitor inquiries in person and over the phone, offering helpful and accurate information.
• Maintain a clean and organized ticket counter area.
• Assist with special event ticket sales and visitor registration as needed.
• Collaborate with other museum staff to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
• Handle visitor feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Adhere to museum policies and procedures, including security protocols and cash handling guidelines.
