Responsabilidades Clave

• Support Product Managers in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for various tech solutions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify user needs and market opportunities.
• Assist in the creation of product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track product performance metrics and assist in data analysis to inform product decisions.
• Help manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the product development process.
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated interest in technology, product development, and user experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of software development processes or web/mobile technologies.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) or product management software.
• Previous project experience (academic or extracurricular) involving product ideation or problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
