We are seeking a highly motivated and English-speaking Property Investor Relations professional to join our team in Cáceres. This role is crucial for maintaining and building strong relationships with our investor base, providing transparent communication, and supporting strategic growth initiatives within the Extremadura region and beyond. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for investors, articulate our investment strategies, performance, and outlook, and gather valuable feedback.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property investors, responding to inquiries and providing timely, accurate information.
• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with institutional and private investors.
• Prepare and deliver investor presentations, financial reports, and other communication materials (e.g., newsletters, market updates).
• Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, ensuring smooth logistics and impactful engagement.
• Gather and analyze investor feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to inform internal strategy.
• Collaborate closely with asset management, finance, legal, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and data integrity.
• Assist in the development of investor relations strategies and communication plans.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements for investor communications.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investor relations, financial services, or real estate.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and real estate fundamentals.
• Ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Additional proficiency in Spanish (highly advantageous for local market interaction).
• Experience with CRM software and investor relations platforms.
• CFA or similar professional designation.
• Previous experience within a property investment firm or a real estate fund.
