Are you an energetic, outgoing individual with a passion for nightlife and making connections? Sandemans New Europe is seeking enthusiastic Pub Crawl Leaders and Event Promoters to join our Madrid team in Chamberí. This exciting part-time role offers an incredible opportunity to meet people from all over the world, showcase Madrid’s best bars, and create memorable evenings for our guests. You’ll be paid in cash and commission, making your earnings directly proportional to your drive and success. If you love socialising, leading groups, and promoting a good time, this is the perfect job for you!

Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead engaging and entertaining pub crawls through selected venues in Chamberí, Madrid.
• Promote pub crawls and events to tourists and locals, encouraging participation.
• Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants throughout the event.
• Manage group dynamics and foster a friendly, inclusive atmosphere.
• Handle cash transactions for ticket sales and commissions accurately.
• Communicate effectively with partner bars and venue staff.
• Provide information about Madrid's nightlife, culture, and attractions.
• Represent Sandemans New Europe with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Good knowledge of Madrid's nightlife scene, particularly in Chamberí.
